Weight Management
Focused on Weight Loss and Maintenance.
Due to the rising obesity rates in many parts of the world, proper weight management strategies most often focus on achieving healthy weights through slow but steady weight loss, followed by maintenance of an ideal body weight over time.
According to the National institute of Health, diets fail 98% of the time. This is an alarmingly high rate, given the massive diet industry that prevails. Diets deprive the body of nutrition and calories, and most people who lose weight on a restrictive diet, end up putting the weight on at a later date. This is because diets often focus on cutting calories. Fat loss will be noticeable but for a short period of time; most people put weight back on because healthy habits were not established.

Patients with unrealistic expectations regarding the outcome of the procedure are not good candidates for non-invasive treatments. Likewise, people who regard non-invasive removal of excess fat as a substitute for proper diet and exercise also are not good candidates. Patients with pacemakers, defibrillators or aneurysms are not candidates for radio-frequency treatment.
