Make exercise with family, friends and neighbors is fun and easy with a walking clubs. Walking with others can keep you motivated, improve your accountability and help you meet new people with similar goals
Our walking club will meet at least once or twice a week for close to a total of 60 minutes or more of moderate-intensity walking.
• Every Wednesday after Work walk and Saturday mornings for our weekend walks. It is easier for on-the-go people who work full-time to fit into these walks. We try our best to work around the daily commitments of our clients.
There’s nothing like a little incentive to help walkers log more
miles. We Add some fuel to Your willpower by offering goodies.
