Nothing is cut from your diet but everything is sized and portioned so as to control and maintain what you consume on a daily basis. Its like having your very own personal chef. Get personalized written or pre-packed meal plans, which includes six daily meals(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and three Snacks),for five days weekly; living you with two days to indulge in and satisfy some of your cravings. Just keep your goal in mind, so as not to over indulge.Now, just because you get to eat as you please; on your freelance days as we like to call it; doesn't mean you should resort to your bad eating habits.
